Professional Experience 

with over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, time during which she has performed both as an external consultant and in-house lawyer. Has held first and second level management positions in companies from the public, mixed, and private sectors.

Was selected as one of the star executives in 2005 by the La Nota Económica Magazine for her work leading a telecommunications sector company. Has been an M&A, merger, spinoff, control change, and other company operations’ negotiator and an advisor in financial restructuring agreements for companies from the financial, services, air, and industrial sectors, having led the negotiations and the implementation of transactions involving foreign capital injections and operations with trust and debt vehicles, among others.

Currently the Executive Director of the Renting and Rental Companies’ Association (Asociación de Compañías de Renting y Rental – ASORENTING).   Was an associate professor of the Private Public Associations’ module in the administrative law and public contracting specialization in Universidad Sergio Arboleda in Santa Marta during three consecutive years. Her experience and assistance to the corporate sector have consolidated her as a specialist in business, corporate, and company law.
