Specialist in Business Law from Universidad de los Andes; LL.M (Master’s degree) from University of California at Berkeley (Colfuturo scholarship recipient), with a Master’s degree in Private Law from Universidad de los Andes.

More than seven years’ experience as a legal advisor; specific experience in corporate, business, and financial law, in the capital market, in public and private contracts, in arbitration, and in public law.

Represented the California in Berkeley and  Los Andes Universities in international economic, business, and arbitration law competitions; achieved outstanding results and received recognition for his performance. Author of the “The Emergency Arbitrator: A Comparative Study”, an essay published in the Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Essays Book, and “On the Admissibility of Illegal Evidence in the International Law: a Systematic Approach”, an essay published in the Colombian Institute’s Procedural Law Magazine No. 39, 2013, pp. 415 to 456  ISSN: 0123-2479.
