Professional Experience 

With over 20 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors, she has broad experience in public law, state contracting, aeronautical law, and in the tourism sector. Has advised clients from the real sector in the areas of business, corporate, and financial law and has been, and is,  a member of various boards of directors. Her participation in various trade groups has given her ample knowledge of the challenges these groups face in an ever-changing changing economy.

Has acted as a top official in state surveillance and control entities, and in regulatory entities. Worth mentioning is her work as the Civil Aeronautics’ General Secretary and Chief of the Air Transportation Office. Has held top positions in the trust sector and has been responsible for the national infrastructure concessions’ awards.  Her knowledge of the state operation and dynamics has made her known as a specialist advisor in structural and regulatory issues and in aspects related to compliance with requirements and authorization processes before the various government entities.
